Bounce to Mp3 Problem

Greetings! I just got the Mp3 option for my Digi002 LE (v6.4). When I try to bounce to mp3, after it is almost finished, before it converts, I get this error message; "Could not complete the bounce to disk command, because privileged instruction executed in user mode." I tried a DUC search but it came up empty. Anyone know what this means or how I can fix it? Thanks Van

Thanks spkguitar. Right after I posted I thought about looking in the "answerbase", which stated that "this is a known problem". No fix, just that it's a known problem. I finally got the 128 rate to work, but the quailty is not acceptable. My vocals sound out of phase. When I tried converting the bounced wav file to mp3 with Acoustica (160 rate) it worked fine. I guess I will get a refund since Digi doesn't seem to be in any hurry to fix this "known problem". Thanks again. Van

I don't know whats going on. I haven't turned on my DIGI002 system in over two weeks, and I am also having big problems bouncing and burning wav files to CDs. I have burned three CDs with only one 3 minute song on it, and they error out in my bose car stereo, but finally played. They won't play at all on my cheap boom box I use to test CD burns on. Weird. I am wondering now if my session was somehow corrupted <?> I am open to suggestions. Van
