Took the plunge, need help

Last month I purchased a Pro Tools HD3 Accel system with the 192 IO and need some help. I'm wondering how I can route all sixteen (I added an A/D card) inputs to outputs 1-2? With my old Cubase system (RME HDSP9652 Card) all I did was open the mixer and send the inputs to the outputs. Since I'm running a mixerless setup, I need to be able to monitor those inputs in real time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay I see what you're saying... is there such a thing as a master fader in Pro Tools? I decided to import a wave file from a CD and to my unpleasant surprise my ear drums just about hit the floor... so I turned down the tracks fader, but if I bounce that to disk, the resulting wave file is lower than the origial... for obvious reasons... is there some way to control the volume of the physical outputs? I'm running from the outs right into my monitors...

Tiiiiiight... I'm starting to get the hang of it. Pro Tools is easier than I thought it would be, I read alot of the manual but there is still one thing I haven't figured out yet... bussing. In Cubase if you want to bus a bunch of audio tracks you just create a new bus (called groups in cubase) and then assign the output of the audio tracks to that bus. I still haven't found in Pro Tools where you can create virtual busses. Any help would be appreciated.
