Quantize Makes Notes Inaudible

im confused. i play a drum track, all hits are present; i use quantize, some hits are inaudible -- they are still visible, but inaudible. examples are in the attachment, both audio and visual. any help would be greatly appreciated. v3.74.

any ideas at all? this is screwing me up big time.

thanks so much for the reply. i tried that as well just to make sure that the overlaps werent the issue -- both overlap correction on and off and in diamond and rectangle view. it had the same effect in all cases.

Try toggling the move left and move right options. I think notes that should be moved one way are getting moved the other, causing stacked notes. Also, are there any other events in the tracks besides notes? If there are they may not be getting the same quantize treatment.

ok, ready for the stupid solution? the problem is caused by having the quantize window open and doing any amount of quantizing. turn it down to 0%, bypass, or close the window and all is well. wow. this must be a new bug because i didnt have that problem in earlier versions. but thanks for the responses guys.
