CCE 2.5 Crashes

I am using DVD2SVCD and when encoding starts with CCE it crashes with the following message. Any idea why? CCTSP executed an invalid instruction in module CCTSP.EXE at 017f:0047f2e9. No, Windows 98SE. I was able to encode thes same file on another computer with the same spec.'s, but this one will not work.
