Try a diffrent codec if you havent already done that. Perhaps it just hiccups with DivX. EO-Video worked fine for me transcoding to HuffYUV (albeit for some strange reason i can only transcode one file, then i have to restart) Cheers Belgabor

no codec works... it's an avi problem (mpeg works)
