Reaper and rtpMIDI issue

I have a problem with Reaper (most recent version) and rtpMIDI - I'm using rtpMIDI to connect a drum controller software (MidiPads, which is great btw) on my iPad to control Addictive Drums on Reaper 4.22 (Windows XP Pro SP3). Whenever I select MIDI inputs and outputs for live routings in rtpMIDI, they become inaccessible in Reaper - I get a MIDI error message whenever I want to enable them under MIDI devices in Reaper's Preferences ("the following MIDI input could not be opened"). It's so frustrating. Everything works great in Cubase 5.

OK, I figured it out myself.

if you want to use rtpMIDI ports as Reaper's Control/OSC/Web where you create Mackie Control device, you MUST DISABLE those MIDI ports in Reaper's MIDI Devices :)
