I'm working my way thru setting Reaper up and I have hit a wall on this one even though I know the answer is right in front of me somewhere. How to I get the track window to return to the spot where I pushed play from when I hit "stop" ? Right now it just remains at the "stop" location. MBS

No the view stays where it was stopped. If I push spacebar again the view snaps back to the right position and plays again from that spot. but when I push spacebar again the view stays where it was stopped. I'm coming over from sonar and when I hit the spacebar the view snapped back to where I was to start with. For example if I want to start recording from 29.1.0 and I record to 35.0.0 the view will stay on 35.0.0 and will only go back if I hit space bar again to play. I would like to return to 29.0.0 when I "stop" either by mouse on the stop button or spacebar. MBS
Thanks, to bad there wasn't a macro that said start, stop and return but I am thinking thats one to many things to tell the space bar to do @ one time LOL. I set it to "number pad return" and the farther I get away from Sonar the more natural it will become. Thanks for you time sir. Rick Hansen AKA Mothers Bad Son
