Ok, I enabled (sort of) my soundcard and Brad is happily doing his thing! :) :) OOps, skipped a couple of posts there. Wav files, I'll have a look. thanks. Ok, set ASIO to 48000KHz, inputs and outputs in "Device" to my soundcard. Hey thanks Bardo. The earth's not likely to stop and I'm headed for my pit. I got sound and I've got a good idea where to start looking to try and set things up. I'll plug a mic in tomorrow and take it from there. I still can't believe it's only 11.5MB?? Have you any idea how quick it downloaded, installed and fired up on my gear!! Such things are not normal. Is this cloud gear? Thanks again for all the replies. :)

Don't forget to install (and *run*) Reaper on your USB thumb drive. Yes you can take it with you! Not only that it has a 'footprint' smaller than most DAW manuals. Okay, I'll stop. :D

Hey, Bluzkat I see you are using a Delta 192. I'll take it that this means there are no compatability issues. Re: The flash drive: How would I achieve this? Would I need another license? Thanks :) EDit: While I'm here: What do you think of the 192? What do you use it for?

Morning Eddy, Just got back to work. Glad you seem to be somewhat up and running. I also use the 192 soundcard. It's works just fine(although I'm starting to wish for more inputs) Just make sure you have installed the lastest M-audio drivers from their web-site. See ya around!@ Bardo
