Disk too Slow/Fragmented - Fixed *DELETED*

I am having this same problem. I HAVE gone into the device manager and disabled as many things as I could under the network adapters heading, leaving only would let me still get on the net. I still get the error messages though. I am using Windows XP and I have a Western Digital 60gb hard drive as my second drive. I hope that my HD drive really isn't the problem. Any help?
