can anyone advise on replacement of n/s/f orange sidelight bulb-in headlamp cluster--is it ness to remove front bumper???? and then head cluster?(V70 6 speed)

The handbook says the light cluster has to be removed to replace any of the bulbs in the cluster :(

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking, but the right hand orange turn signal bulb on a '03 or thereabout V70 can be got at from under the hood by removing the wiper washer tank fill tube. One torx screw and pull it up and out. Then you can get your hand in there to turn out the bulb holder. Alternatively you need a six year old size hand and wrist.

the bulb involved is the n/s outer/rearmost one in the headlamp assmy--shows as amber running light
