Then get a floppydrive to fill the hole. If you really dont want it to work, simply dont connect it. They cost around $10 or so. If you have an older one lying around you could use that too. Floppydrives haven't changed in 10 years or so...

you should get the floppy drive. unfortunately, there are a lot of uses for it still. you can't make a bootable cd without one, for example. some programs still use floppys as a last resort to repair your system (partition magic, for example). i keep a win98 startup disk in my floppy drive. believe it or not, i use it quite often. mostly for ghost-ing. but also for fresh installs on other machines. its only $10 and it won't cost you any performance, so go for it...

I agree with da BaSsTaRd!, however, I have never gotten a case, any brand, without all covers included. I buy on average, 8 to 10 a year.... Of course, this could be the one that proves me wrong. If so, drop me a line... I have quite a few extras.
