my feature requests

1: being able to export a midi item to audio and the opposite inside of reaper's GUI(or what ever it's called) and when it's done exporting it sends the audio item to either a new track or the same track 2: improved video capability as the video window doesn't really work in the recent version of reaper(at least not for me) 3: automatically creating a new track when importing a video into reaper 4: a score/notation editor, or some kind of function that let you be able to connect to an already existing notation editor and when ever you create a new note in the piano roll in reaper a new note is also being created within the notation program 5: a search bar for/inside *Theme color/font controls* 6: being able to change a specific note's Volume MSB 7: being able to save different midi/audio item to some sort of bank so the item will be easier to find in long projects 8: export to soundcloud

For your first request, that's exactly what the freeze function does.
