Can't open project.!!

So I have a project that won't open!! A lot of work went into it, so I"d like to get it back if I can. Is there a 'safe mode' way of loading a project without the FX? I just need the arrangement more than the FX but I absolutely must revive it!! Any tips? Thanks!

Open Reaper with no project loaded (Program Files/Reaper/Create new project), then File/Open the problem project and select "Open with FX offline (recovery mode)" at the bottom.

cool, thanks! Got it back :) Beware Revolverb...128 samples and above only! Had mine at 96, that must be what crashed it.
