DIGI 001 crashing hard with Waves authorization

I am still running a DIG001 system here at our church. It has been around for a while so that is what I am using. I recently purchased the Waves Native Bundle to take advantage of the L1. I installed it and ran it as a demo to see if I would have any problems with it. I had zero problems. I then went to authorize the key and it crashed the system (system disk boot failure). We fixed that error, checked all updates in the system itself and ran waves for a second time and the same thing happened, major crash. I contacted Waves and they said it has nothing to do with there software. If it doesn't, what would the weak point on my system be. It is a slower computer 900mhz P3/XP/512 Ram, but it runs Pro Tools (5.3.3) flawlessly, never crashes, never glitches. Integrating Waves into the system has caused this. All upgrades have been done on the machine(Mother Board/OS/...). What do you guys think might be the issue

Search a filename: TPKd.sys - what version is it? Are you using Waves 4.05?
