the drum programming is really good props are given, guitar and production is nice too... come to think over it the music nice too... good effort all round really :)
Praise indeed Anton, it pleased me that you like my take the vocal, with a bit more work I think I could improve it a tad, but I am pleased that the concept worked out, I think I will come back to this and rework it little to polish it up. If I can find some butterflies I might dub them on in a few places, but I reckon I'll leave out the zebras :D Thanks for the props
I just right clicked on the link and hit "Save as" and it worked ok. I didn't catch this post the first time around. Man, it sounds great Ted. Only nit is that kick drum here and there. The guitar tone is sweet.
Yeah sounds very good, I like your playing. The drums is good too but it's switch "upside down" at around 1.07 and it stays like that. (snare on 1&3 and kik on 2&4). Is it what you want?

Ted, very nice work, for sure! I'm not clear about the kit you used. Was it a preset kit in AD, or did you make a composit kit out of the various choices they supply? Kyle
Oops - no the switch is unintentional but nobody noticed it until now. I did the whole thing in an afternoon (if you don't count messing with the vocal) Kyle, I posted the kit preset and midi file in post #9 for Pete. I made it myself, but as Pete observed I also used lighter velocities in the midi track than the normal AD midi items. If anyone wants to turn the midi drums right way up again and post back I'll be more than happy to slip them into the project for a more authentic rendition ;) I don't think can leave it like that now it's been spotted
