So what do I do if they're all different velocities and I want them to be all at the same one? Jimmahbee

Ok one more puzzler if you would...I have a drum vst+compressor bus on channel 1. All my drums are going to it. I then want to create a second bus for additional fx that I want to send only to selected drums like a certain reverb to the snare. But when I do this and tell the snare to add this send I get no fx. Please help this uber-noob one more time...Thanx Jimmahbee

I want to thank you again for your help...I was wondering though...isn't it possible to load my own samples into reaper instead of using a vst? I could just record audio samples of all the percussion I'm using in my SR-16 and tell reaper to use them instead of a plug-in. Then I would have exactly what I wanted soundwise and I could create a fx bus for compression and then just insert a reverb into like the snare channel. Maybe I'm talking out of my hat and I have no idea what's going on but who knows? God bless... Jimmahbee
