i have a 940 tdi se auto year 1995 i have had it seven years its only done 133000 miles i have had 2 cambelt changes by the garage all other services done by myself be sure to have the idler pulley and belt tensioner replaced with the cambelt at no more than 60000miles .glowplugs last about the same or 5 years .change oil and filter at 5000 miles .i use millers xfe semi synthetic . regards james liddy

Hi MarkyD, if it was made after Aug/Sept 1994 (1995 Model year) it can only be an estate (M or N reg). I run a 1995 reg 1996 model year manual estate Turbodiesel same colour as James's. All the best, Peter. :car-smiley-031:
