A few Hollywood-based lawyers are not going to stop the entire world from moving to digital media nor are they going to prevent individuals from making back-ups of licensed media. Copyright is a limited legal construct granted to individuals by the society. So there's some shuffling and mis-steps as the market moves to digital from analog. Big deal, it's no different than any other technological change and nothing will stop it. Derrow, Im mainly interested in backing up my own DVD to make them easier for me to use. DVDxcopy currently wants to put MORE crap in front of the movie. I dont need all the extras and certainly dont want to have to change disks. This really defeats the point of copying my movies. Since you are now making money doing the programing Ill let the suggestions fly. -A wizard type interface that lets you choose what you want to keep (warnings go bye bye, as do the previews and ads ect) and were to start the movie (ie start with the movie each time, not the menue) -A wixard for editing the menu would be amazing (get rid of button, ect) - remove all restriction (FF when I want, skip what I want, play on the player I want, ect) Every effort needs to be made to help the user keep the Quality @ 100% and the video on 1 disk.

Basically, being able to reencode to fit on 1 disc, remove the FBI warnings, etc. Thanks, Robert

when selecting what you want to keep and what you don't want to keep, there must be a "preview" button. this will play that title_set or menu, etc. since there are so many ways to do a disc, it needs to present all the video assets to you - lets you preview them - and choose if to keep them. this way you can see what you want to keep and what to throw away.
