Looking for a plug that boosts incoming midi velocity

I have a Millenium MPS-400 edrum-set. Snare sidestick is outputting too low velocity. I need it to be something like 90-110, but it outputs only about max 40. I've tried IX Miditool II, but either I knew not how to use it or something else.. So, is there a JS- or VST-plugin that just boosts one midi-note? I need it for playing live, otherwise I'd just raise the volume in midi editor.

JS Velocity Control is pretty handy for your needs.
